- 2- Any transaction between the advertiser and the buyer, our entity does not assume any liability or obligation as a result of loss or damage of any kind and if it occurs as a result of such transactions.
- 3- Subject to liabilities established by law that may be excluded, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages and liabilities, claims and costs in any way, shape or form, whether directly or indirectly or as a result of negligence, law or otherwise.
- 4- Acceptance of the terms and conditions through use: the use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein, and the site reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and to announce any modification to these terms on its website.

- 8- If you display your merchandise on our website, you will be fully responsible for all activities that occur through the account at the time of submission and display of erroneous material of any kind may result in the termination of your account and you will be held legally liable for any actions or errors you make, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such actions or errors.
- 9- If you lose your password or username, or if you experience data theft, you must immediately contact us or notify us, otherwise we will be held fully liable before the law.
- 10- If the account is not used for more than 6 months the account will move to the blocked accounts section and the account must be activated again with the activation code until it is restored to normal status.
- 11- When replacing your mobile number with a new one for any reason, you must inform us immediately to prevent your account from being used by someone else and you will be responsible for it due to not informing us.
- 12- The formation, interpretation and implementation of this agreement and any disputes shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
- 13- The governmental courts in the Syrian Arab Republic have exclusive jurisdiction and venue to hear cases related to the subject matter of this agreement, exclusively the courts of the city of Hama.
